CIDCO Lottery 2024 Scheme

On January 27, 2022, the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) launched a substantial housing scheme comprising 5730 tenements in the Taloja node of Navi Mumbai. ing from January 26, 2022, online applications and registrations for this mass housing scheme are open on the official website. Eligibility for this scheme extends to all citizens falling within the economically weaker sections of the general category.

Among the 5730 tenements, 1524 are allocated under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for individuals from the economically weaker section, while the remaining 4206 are designated for those in the general category. Economically weaker section applicants may be eligible for a grant of Rs. 2.5 lakh.

September 21st Update: – Availability of 171 Tenements in NAINA through Lottery

In preparation for the upcoming holiday season, the City ad Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has introduced a fresh housing initiative targeting the Low Income Group (LIG) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) in the Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area (NAINA). This scheme will make 171 tenements accessible, with 7 units earmarked for EWS applicants, while the remaining 164 tenements are designated for the LIG.

The online registration window for this program will be open from September 21 to September 29. The processing of online applications is scheduled to take place from September 29 to October 18, and online payments will be accepted from September 29 to October 19. The initial list of accepted applicants through a lottery draw will be unveiled on November 2, followed by the complete list of accepted applicants on November 4. A computerized lottery draw for the program will be conducted at Cidco Bhavan on November.8
